Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If you request cancellation before the order is shipped, the cancellation may be accepted at our discretion.
Cancellation Charges

In case of cancellation before shipping, 7% of the order value will be deducted to cover payment gateway, banking, and processing charges.

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per standard processing timelines.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
